    Typical Starbucks located near the Shoppes at Grand Prairie allowing one to obtain a premium coffee beverage, enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, and use the free wifi before or after a days shopping. Breakfast and lunch items are available if you so choose and of course there is a drive-up if you’re in a hurry. The staff is pleasant and professional. I’ve always had good experiences here.

    I ordered a frappachino and there was no coffee added. I did not notice until I was well out of town and did not have time to turn back around. They had more time for chit chat than to pay attention to what they were doing.

    Took the lady out for breakfast the other day, and stopped at this Starbucks.When ordering two Cheddar/Sausage Muffins the man mentioned that they had run out. So, I tried ordering two pork shoulder breakfast sandwiches -they only had enough supplies for one. On my third attempt, I figured I’d order a chicken & double-smoked bacon panini while taking the last pork shoulder sandwich they had. THEY WERE ALSO OUT OF THIS. To make matters worse, of course once in the drive through, you are basically locked in and can’t leave. I waited another 15 minutes, just to be able to leave their parking lot. I was completely blown away, and have honestly seen better inventory management at a child’s lemonade stand.

    Barista Waverly busy talking with fellow worker and not in a hurry to make my drink. But it was hot and delicious

    This location is hit or miss for me.

    The good:
    – the drive-thru workers are incredibly friendly and pleasant. I’ve never had a complaint in my times driving thru.
    – the inside employees can be pleasant as well , and 80% of the time I’m satisfied with my service and the drinks.

    The bad:
    – experience #1. I placed a mobile order and came to pick it up. It wasn’t ready when I got there so I waited about 5 minutes before I was the only person waiting. The barista then told her co-worker that she was all caught up on drinks and she was taking a break. I had been standing right in front of the mobile pick up for 5+ minutes and no one bothered asking me what I was waiting for. Apparently they had made my drink incorrectly the first time and just… didn’t make it again? I received no apologies for the wait and confusion.
    – experience #2. I ordered a cappuccino. Now it doesn’t take a coffee connoisseur to know a cappuccino is the one with a lot of foam. When I got my drink and opened the lid there wasn’t even a trace of foam. They were so busy I didn’t bother correcting them but damn, learn your drinks and how to make them!
